Q: How do you create your work? What tools do you use?
A: I create all of my work digitally using a Cintiq 22HD hooked up to an iMac. I use photoshop as my main software for drawing and very occasionally illustrator for any elements that may need to be vector. When travelling I work on the iPad pro using Adobe Draw and Adobe Sketch. There are more in depth videos and tutorials about my process over on the video page where i discuss my process, what programmes i use and the techniques behind coming up with ideas and plans for new projects.
Q: Where is my order?
A: Please note that all orders will be sent out within 10 days of being received at the latest. If you live in the USA please allow up to 6 weeks for your delivery, the rest of the world 3 weeks. If you have any worries about your order though just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alongside Dan is a small team handling all mail order, but unfortunately at this time we can not offer next day or express shipping.
Q: How much for you to design something for me?
A: I have no set prices as such, prices are dependant on the work itself, please be specific when emailing over any enquiries. The more information you supply the easier it will be to send back a rough quote.
Q: How long for you to complete said piece of work?
A: This is completely dependant on what work I currently have on, normally there is a small waiting period, upon starting a project though a timeframe can be agreed on.
Q: Are you available to talk or do workshops?
A: I really enjoy taking part in talks and workshops around the world. If you have an event you think I could be a good fit for, please dont hesitate to get in touch at email@example.com. Previous talks and workshops that were recorded are available to stream over on the video page.
Q: Can I purchase a print of the piece for 'insert name here' ?
A: I get a lot of requests for older pieces to be reproduced as prints or new editions. But I can not reproduce prints of any of the work i have undertaken over the years unless agreed upon with the client. All prints that are available can be found in the store.
